The Riverview Neighborhood Association (RNA) is 100% volunteer-run and seeks to build community pride and cherish and protect our local parks. Participation in the above listed event (the “Event”) carries with it certain inherent risks that cannot be eliminated regardless of the care taken to avoid injuries. The risks range from minor injuries such as scratches, bruises, and cuts; to major bodily injuries and loss of property. I voluntarily have agreed to participate in the Event, appreciate the risks resulting from the Event and agree to assume all risks related to the Event. In consideration of my participation in the Event, I hereby release RNA, its officers and directors from all liability arising from bodily and personal injuries, damage to property, and the consequences thereof, including death, resulting from my voluntary participation in the Event and shall forever hold harmless and indemnify RNA from my participation in the Event and the liability resulting from same.

I grant RNA the right and permission to use my likeness, name, and/or image made during my participation in the Event in photographs, video and other media for any purpose related to furtherance of the mission of RNA.

I certify that I am eighteen years of age or older, read this release, sign this release freely
and voluntarily, and intend by my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all
liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
